Medicare Part D (Prescription Drug Coverage)

Everyone enrolled in Medicare is eligible for Part D.

• Private insurance companies under contract with Medicare offer Part D options. Each insurer may offer multiple plan designs, but all must meet or exceed standards of Medicare Part D.
• Helps cover the cost of both brand name and generic prescription drugs.
